  Hi,

  My garage door remote doesn't work after a lightning strike, but it still works with the wall controller. My GDO is M-line 4500. I purchased a logic board from your company (84284, said to be 4500 compatible) and replaced it. But the door can only open halfway and cannot be fully closed.
  my question:
  1. Am I purchasing the correct logic board for my GDO?
  2. If so, which one do I need to buy?
  3. what is the problem?
  4. What’s next?
